Blair's Wedding

Blair and Tyler finally tied the knot.  We did the entire wedding and reception ourselves -- decorations, food, cake, etc.  It was a lot of work but turned out great and was a wonderful day.  After a year of health problems and such, I am glad everything finally worked out and we are so happy for the two of them!  Excuse the mish-mash and overload of pictures.

I totally missed the moment, but when they came out of the temple, I put Bai down to go give Blair a hug and she ran straight to Tyler.  It was quite funny.  This was after when she finally decided to give Blair a hug too.

For those who don't know, Blair and Tyler were married in the LDS temple.  Only worthy LDS members are allowed to see the temple ceremony.  Everyone else waited outside and participated in the luncheon and reception afterward.

The cake... I made it myself.  Blair has celiac disease and can't eat anything with gluten... a.k.a. flour in it, so it was going to be a fortune to have someone make her a cake.  I offered to try and I think it turned out pretty cute!

This picture kinda says it all.  Bai had no nap and was so tired and done by the reception.  She wanted her dress off and her bed.

But once we got her icecream, she was a little happier.

Decorating their car.  This is a funny story.  Blair and Tyler were convinced we were going to do something mean so they hid their car from us, locked their luggage in my parent's car, and wouldn't tell us where they were staying.  They did leave their truck at the reception so we had planned to decorate that,  but before Blair realized what I was trying to do, she did tell me that her car was on the island somewhere.  Tyler's siblings wanted to decorate the truck and of course since we were forbidden, we went and found their car and decorated it!
